González Calvillo and BGBG help Bradesco expand in Mexico
González Calvillo, SC has helped Brazil’s Banco Bradesco acquire all shares in Mexican private equity investor Ictineo Plataforma.
The target company relied on BGBG – Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y García, SC for the transaction, which was signed on 16 August for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition is awaiting regulatory approval from Banco Central do Brasil and Mexico’s Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores.
Bradesco will make the transaction through its Mexican subsidiary Bradescard.
