Communication INAI/094/20 issued on March 20, 2020, by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).

 

The INAI decided to suspend, from Monday, March 23 to Friday, April 17, the deadlines and time limits established to handle the information and personal data protection requests, review appeals, appeals of non-conformity, draw of appeals, complaints, and sanctions, given the health emergency in the country due to the contagion of COVID-19.

The Plenary meeting unanimously approved the following Agreements:

  • Extending until May 30, the period for uploading information about transparency obligations of the obligated persons of the Federation on the Portal System of Transparency Obligation of the National Platform (Sistema de Portales de Obligaciones de Transparencia de la Plataforma Nacional), which has a monthly and quarterly periodicity.

Implementing from March 23 to April 17, 2020, administrative preventive and action measures for the public officers of the Institute regarding the virus identified as COVID-19.
