Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y García, S.C. is increasingly leveraging its sophistication in regulatory matters into broader involvement in energy-related matters, including integrated power-project development mandates. More generally, however, it assists with all types of sector-related licenses and permitting (particularly regarding mid- and downstream oil and gas), along with compliance matters for a client roster including Puma, Total, and Iberdrola.

The small team is co-led by 25-year corporate and energy veteran Juan Carlos Morales, and senior associate Rodolfo Reyes Ibañez, who since his 2018 arrival has been appointed head of energy and infrastructure. The team also has expertise in bidding procedures before private and public entities.
