Communication INAI/090/20 issued on March 16, 2020, by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI)
The INAI will adopt remote work as a preventive measure to reduce COVID-19 infection outbreaks. Home office or remote work will be favored for parents of school-age children, pregnant people, and people over 60 years of age.
It is important to point out that the daily activities of the Institute will not be suspended; therefore, the deadlines and time limits established in the Law for handling information requests and appeals for review remain in effect.
