Víctor Ignacio Villanueva Pereda has more than seven years of legal and practical experience in the areas of telecommunications, consumer protection, labor law, and administrative law. He has advised both domestic and international companies across various economic sectors, including telecommunications, digital platforms, travel agencies, security, media, and technology.
His professional practice is characterized by his skill in negotiation and analysis, which he uses to develop regulatory and preventive policies, helping companies comply with legal requirements. He has played a key role in successfully obtaining authorizations, concessions, and public contracts, as well as in ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance related to these processes.
Víctor has also overseen the preparation of legal opinions and regulatory interpretations, in addition to participating in settlements and hearings in various areas of law. He has extensive experience in successfully handling proceedings related to legal violations, penalties, contract terminations, complaints, actions for annulment, and constitutional appeals before various government agencies.
He is an active member of various chambers of commerce and the bgbg Pro Bono Committee.
