Intellectual Property Specialist with over five years of experience in the field of trademark law and the strategic management of intangible assets at the national and international levels. My practice focuses on the processing, protection, and defense of trademarks before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), as well as on handling international registrations administered by WIPO, including designations in Mexico and coordination with foreign correspondents.
I have advised domestic and international clients, primarily in the private and corporate sectors, providing comprehensive support in trademark portfolio management, legal feasibility analysis, handling official requests, oppositions, invalidation proceedings, cancellations, and rights monitoring.
