I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad del Golfo de México, Córdoba campus, Veracruz, and have over 16 years of experience in the notarial field, with a strong specialization in corporate law. Throughout my professional career as a lawyer at a public notary’s office, I have provided comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of clients, helping them clearly understand their legal obligations and the legal implications of each transaction. My experience includes drafting and reviewing corporate opinions, structuring companies, as well as preparing budgets and coordinating all types of notarial procedures.
I have participated in various continuing education courses on notarial matters, contracts, and the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions Involving Illicit Funds, which have enabled me to stay up to date with current regulatory provisions.
