With nearly twenty years of experience in the field of intellectual property, he has led and participated in the development and implementation of legal strategies—both in advisory work and litigation—to protect clients’ intangible assets. His experience spans a wide range of complex disputes, from trademarks, patents, and copyrights to unfair competition and information technology.

He has advised companies across various sectors, ensuring the protection and defense of their intellectual property. From designing legal strategies to obtain registrations with the relevant authorities to resolving disputes over infringements of these rights, he has led litigation proceedings before the IMPI, domain name disputes before WIPO, and various judicial proceedings, including several cases before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Additionally, he has extensive experience in drafting specialized legal contracts related to technology and copyright.
