Partner in charge of the Financial, Banking, Fintech, and Regulatory Compliance practice areas, with over 27 years of experience. He serves on the board of the Banking and Finance Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), with responsibility for Latin America, and is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Throughout his career, he has served as a board member, compliance officer, and regulatory comptroller for companies and financial institutions in the country.
