Mario Shai Aguado González is an attorney with over four years of experience in the field of personal data protection. He recently completed a specialization program at NYCE to become a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, with a focus on artificial intelligence governance and the standardization of technological processes. He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he earned his law degree, and he also holds an Advanced Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property and a Diploma in Business Law and Personal Data Protection issued by the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD).

He has worked on projects across various sectors, including education, information technology, and investment management, distinguishing himself through his ability to innovate and design customized strategies for each client. His career has earned him recognition for implementing advanced solutions in the legal and technological fields.
