Juan Bonequi is a partner at BGBG and has experience in litigation, specializing in civil, financial, constitutional, and constitutional remedy law. In addition, Juan Bonequi has experience in commercial law, particularly with regard to corporate insolvency proceedings and commercial arbitration. He also works in the areas of contract law, international business, real estate, and anti-money laundering from a legal perspective.

Juan Bonequi represents the interests of various financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, SOFOMES, and trust companies, in legal proceedings in which they are involved. In addition, he has served as counsel in commercial arbitration proceedings and in disputes arising from breaches of insurance, franchise, distribution, software development, and trademark licensing agreements, among others.

Juan Bonequi has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts and agreements, including those related to the international sale of goods, distribution, public works, development and construction, insurance, franchising, and joint ventures across various sectors of industry and commerce. In this regard, he advises various real estate and construction companies on their operations and investments in Mexico.

He currently serves as an independent director at Servicios de Integración Financiera (SIF ICAP) and Sura México.
