He also provides regulatory advisory services regarding various financial institutions and transactions.

Jesús has built his professional career at one of the world’s largest U.S.-based law firms, a highly prestigious Spanish law firm, and Mexico’s leading financial group. The transactions in which he has participated have been among the most significant in Mexico’s stock and financial sectors, such as issuances and offerings of energy and infrastructure investment trust certificates (Fibra-E) and the initial public offering of a credit institution. Additionally, he has participated in the incorporation of various financial institutions.
