Guadalupe Villa Figueroa is an Associate in the Civil and Commercial Litigation practice group at Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y García, S.C. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and has more than four years of experience handling civil and commercial matters, including oral trials and commercial enforcement proceedings, ordinary civil proceedings, special mortgage and surety bond proceedings, as well as disputes involving leases, civil liability, insurance, and reinsurance. She currently contributes to ViernesDeTesis, a weekly legal publication focused on the analysis of legal precedents and judicial rulings.
Throughout her career, she has handled matters for world-class domestic and international clients, including technology companies, insurance institutions, multi-purpose financial companies (SOFOMs), banks, and artistic talent, coordinating work teams to ensure the timely and efficient management of the matters under her responsibility. He holds a certificate in Amparo Proceedings from the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and another in Financial Education from CONDUSEF.
