Federico De Palacio is a partner at the law firm BGBG and heads the Corporate Law practice group.

The projects in which he has participated focus on corporate matters, such as the formation of general partnerships and business corporations, the drafting of articles of incorporation, corporate restructuring, the conduct of statutory audits, the planning and structuring of corporate governance, the transfer of capital stock, and the conversion, merger, acquisition, dissolution, and liquidation of corporations, as well as the drafting and execution of commercial contracts.
