Cinthya González is a senior associate in the litigation department at Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y García, S.C., a firm she joined in 2018. She has over thirteen years of professional experience in constitutional and administrative litigation, specializing in amparo proceedings, particularly in amparo actions against general regulations and the constitutional review of acts by public authorities. Her practice focuses on designing litigation strategies aimed at protecting fundamental rights and challenging regulatory provisions.

She advises and represents domestic and international private-sector clients in proceedings and disputes before regulatory authorities. She has extensive experience in personal data protection and transparency, as well as in consulting and administrative defense in banking and financial matters, including proceedings before authorities such as PROFECO, CNBV, and CONDUSEF. She is the General Coordinator of the firm’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee and editor of the weekly legal publication ViernesDeTesis. She also actively participates in pro bono initiatives and legal training projects aimed at civil society organizations.
