Christian joined Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y Garcia, S.C. in December 2024 to join the corporate law practice. He is an attorney with over 15 years of solid experience in corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, insurance, surety bonds, telecommunications, as well as legal leadership within multinational companies. He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he graduated with honors, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center.

He began his career at Creel, García-Cuéllar y Müggenburg, S.C. (later Müggenburg, Gorches, Peñalosa y Sepúlveda, S.C.), where he gained experience in both business formation and corporate regulation, as well as in high-stakes litigation, including arbitration and amparo proceedings. Subsequently, he led legal teams at Motorola Solutions, where he served as Lead Counsel for Mexico, Commercial Counsel for Latin America and Spain, and legal representative for personal data protection matters in Latin America and the Caribbean, negotiating complex global contracts as well as local agreements with authorities in both commercial and telecommunications matters.

He eventually joined Grupo Mabe/Grupo Sabe, where he led the legal risk management department, overseeing the development and implementation of supplier and client contracting policies worldwide, as well as the updating and drafting of local contracts in various Latin American countries; He also led direct negotiations with insurers and surety companies for the procurement of global insurance and surety programs, and managed claims processes across all the group’s territories, involving millions of dollars. He also led defense efforts against product liability claims in the United States and Canada, as well as product recall processes; subsequently creating and implementing recall policies and procedures.

Christian’s multidisciplinary and global background and experience make him a well-rounded legal professional, capable of tackling the most complex corporate and commercial challenges, and possessing a sense of urgency and commercial acumen stemming from his constant interaction with teams of lawyers, business professionals, financial experts, and engineers.

He is fluent in English and has a thorough command of the language in legal and business contexts. In addition, he has a basic knowledge of Italian, sufficient for general communication and comprehension.
