Carolina Rivera Meníndez is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana. During her professional career, she worked at theAlaíde FoppaLegal Clinic for Refugees at the Universidad Iberoamericana, providing legal advice and representation to people in situations of displacement through strategic litigation in national and international forums.
He also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, participating in internationally significant initiatives such as the arms trade litigation against U.S. companies and the UNESCO MONDIACULT conference.
He has represented theBerta CáceresLegal Clinic for Environmental Justice at hearings before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in connection with Advisory Opinion OC-32 on the climate emergency and human rights.
In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana and as a radio host on Radio Ibero 90.9. She is the author of articles published inBosch México: Praxis Legal on drug trafficking, artificial intelligence, and digital abuse.
