An attorney with over two decades of experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, media, and technology law. A founding partner of bgbg’s TMT practice since 2001, he advises on complex projects involving sector-specific regulation, public tenders, government contracts, infrastructure, and international negotiations, serving operators, investors, and technology companies. His career includes executive positions at the regulatory authority (COFETEL) and academic leadership in graduate programs at prestigious universities.

He has served as an ITU expert on spectrum management and as a visiting professor, in addition to serving as an advisor and committee member for organizations in the sector. His practice combines strategic vision, comparative regulatory knowledge, and transactional experience. He has received recognition from international rankings (Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers) for his TMT practice.
