An attorney with experience in banking and finance law, specializing in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF). She has over four years of experience advising clients in the financial and commercial sectors—both domestic and international, primarily in the private sector—on compliance with regulatory obligations under Mexican financial authorities.

His practice focuses on conducting AML/CFT audits of financial institutions in accordance with financial regulations, as well as of commercial entities under the LFPIORPI; the development and updating of compliance manuals; and the registration and application for authorization of financial institutions, including multi-purpose financial companies and fintech institutions. He also has extensive experience in reviewing regulatory portals, handling periodic reports to the CNBV and CONDUSEF, and reviewing standard form contracts for various financial and commercial entities.
