Alejandra has extensive experience and expertise in the regulations governing the banking, financial, and fintech sectors.

Throughout his career, he has advised both regulated and unregulated entities on their business models, providing sector-specific services such as assistance with authorization and registration processes, the implementation of regulatory compliance mechanisms—including anti-money laundering measures—and matters related to customer interactions, among other areas.

This has given him extensive experience in understanding the procedures required when dealing with authorities such as the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF), the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), and the Tax Administration Service, among others.
