A graduate of UNAM with over 20 years of experience in banking, securities, energy (electricity), private equity, and real estate law.

In the financial sector, I worked for over 10 years with the SHCP, the IPAB, and the CNBV. I also spent more than 10 years working with entities regulated and supervised by financial authorities, including a securities firm (CFECapital), INFONAVIT, Bancomer, and the liquidation of the Banco Nacional de Comercio Interior.

For just over three years, I worked in the energy sector at the CFE as Legal Counsel to the CEO and Deputy Director of New Commercial Business and its subsidiary CFECapital (where I participated in the design, development, and implementation of Fibra E or FCFE18), and I served as General Counsel.
