A community-owned programme
ITU has led the research and analysis on collaborative regulation while at the same time building a global community around it – it is a community-owned programme of work.
A series of country case studies has sought to articulate the benefits of G5 regulation at country level, and anchor these benefits in experience and evidence.
Each of the collaborative regulation case studies offers a high-value, authoritative analysis of the country regulatory landscape and a clear-eyed view of the path ahead towards G5 regulation. These case studies capture hard-won gains and provide pointers of immense value to other countries eyeing a similar path. Equally they deliver a practical and inspiring message of empowerment, of overcoming resistance and securing acceptance of the work’s value and of what it can deliver.
