BGBG Health area provides regulatory compliance services to several health care facilities, including, without limitation, (i) services for processing, monitoring, and obtaining permits and sanitary records before the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS) and other relevant health regulators; (ii) compliance with requirements issued by COFEPRIS; (iii) consultancy and procedures to obtain advertising permits; and (iv) advice for the Implementation of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
